The students of Aditya College of Pharmacy are guaranteed a safe and enjoyable study environment. The institution safeguards newly admitted students from the risk of ragging.
Ragging is totally prohibited in the college; as a result, any student detected engaging in ragging will face serious disciplinary action, which may include instant rustication from the college in addition to criminal repercussions. In this aim, our Institute has established an Anti-Ragging Cell. The cell is led by the institution's head, which is joined on the committee by a number of distinguished professors. All departments have been assigned anti-ragging personnel and bus in charge positions to continuously monitor students' behaviour both on and off campus
Ragging is any disorderly behaviour, whether expressed verbally, in writing, or by an act that has the effect of taunting, treating, or handling with rudeness by any other student, or engaging in indiscipline activities that cause or are likely to cause annoyance, hardship, or psychological harm, or to raise fear or apprehension thereof in a fresher or any other student, or asking the student to do any act or perform something that such student would otherwise consider inappropriate.

Roles & Responsibilities of the Chairman:
By holding frequent interactive sessions to address queries about academics, social interaction, and compatibility, to foster self-confidence and provide a supportive environment for the newly enrolled students.
Roles & Responsibilities of Coordinator:
Based on firsthand knowledge and prima facie evidence, the convener presents a report to the principal for consideration of any necessary disciplinary action. In the event that the accused is found guilty, harsh punishment will be suggested
Roles & Responsibilities of Faculty Members:
To keep an eye on students' activities, faculty personnel are posted across the college campus. Members watch out for the formation of student organizations and, if they do, disperse them to prevent disruption. To show students how seriously the administration takes preventing ragging, occurrences of ragging that have taken place on college property should be documented together with the measures taken. After receiving a complaint, go into it to find the offenders
Roles & Regulations
The All India Council For Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, has taken a serious view of ragging incidents in educational institutions and has issued Notification No. 37-3/Legal/AICTE/2009 dated 25-03-2009 in response to the Honorable Supreme Court of India's Order dated 16.5.2007, which has ordered strict implementation of the following rules and regulations for the prevention and prohibition of ragging in technical institutions.
