For security of the girls in the college campus and hostel to restrict unwanted entry, the college has proper boundary wall with electrical fencing for security of girls in the college premises and to restrict unwanted entry. Signboards are placed at required places for restricted entry.

The college maintains visitor log register for recording the details of persons entering and exiting the college premises and hostels.

The college has round the clock CCTV surveillance to keep a check on anti-social activities and anti-social elements. Proper discipline is maintained in the college to provide sense of security to students, parents and guardians.

4.Caretakers at different levels of the institute

ACP has sufficient female guards to provide security to girl students and maintain discipline among girl students by performing their duties meticulously and provides sense of assurance to parents about their ward safety in college and hostel. The college main is efficiently guarded by male security guards.

5.Outing system

Girl students can go for outing by getting the out passes from the hostel wardens and supervisors. Students need to get the outing forms duly signed by the wardens and supervisors. Sometimes wardens take permissions from the parents before any outing. All the girls going for outing are instructed to return before the specified time.

Students come in proper uniform and the institution provides them identity cards to ensure their identity.

7. Health facilities

Our college also provides separate gym facilities for the students in the hostel itself for exercising as per their convenience so the students can keep themselves physically fit. College also provides separate sport facilities for girl students to keep themselves physically fit. Sanitary napkins are dispensed to students as and when required with health care room having all necessary medical facilities.

8. Common Room

Separate Girls and Boys common rooms are present in the college for the recreation of the students and staff in the recesses. It gives students relief from the stress and strain of classes and in case of health discomfort. It also has the facility of First aid kit at emergency conditions.

9. Counselling

Mentor-Mentee system is effectively implemented in the college where the allotted faculty members counsel the students regarding different aspects in addition to class room teaching. Orientation program and Personality development program are designed for the holistic development of the students.

10. Day-Care Center

ACOP has a Day Care facility available. The staff here can utilize this facility where they can drop their little ones in the Crèche where Nanny’s take care of the youngsters. Apart from it, the other facilities like washrooms, refrigerator, air conditioner, first aid kit, beds, animal colors and alphabet charts are available within the Day care center.
