Aditya College Of Pharmacy, Surampalem established an Internal Complaints Committee in accordance with the requirements of AICTE Regulations, 2016 vide No. F. AICTE/ WH/ 2016/ 01 dated 10th June, 2016 Gender Sensitization, Prevention and Prohibition of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students, and Redressal of Grievances in Technical Institutions (ICC).

The Aditya College of Pharmacy's ICC was established to support safe and secure learning and working environments for female students and employees. The Institute has a zero-tolerance policy for violations of human rights, and the aforementioned committee looks into matters related to preventing, outlawing, and addressing sexual harassment of women at work.

Any unwanted sexual approaches made to someone that might have an impact on their employment, salary, or career, as well as their personal lives, either directly or indirectly. In accordance with the SEXUAL HARASSMENT OF WOMEN AT WORKPLACE (PREVENTION, PROHIBITION AND REDRESSAL) ACT, 2013, sexual harassment is specifically defined as:

• Physical interaction and move
• Request or demand for sexual favours
• Making remarks with a sexual agenda
• Pornographic content, as well as any other inappropriate sexually explicit physical, verbal, or nonverbal behaviour

• Providing a secure working and learning environment for both staff and students.
• Delivering unquestionable justice to those of both genders involved in an incident.
• Aiming for gender parity and empowering female employees and students.
• Putting on educational programmes about sexual harassment, gender justice, and women's health for students and staff.
• Promoting the prohibitions on sexual harassment display the policy around the college.
• Displays the names and contact details of the committee members so that complaints can be made.
• Establishes a system for filing grievances.
• Make inquiries and assist with complaint resolution.
• Recommends surveillance and follow-up action to the relevant authorities.
• Gives victims the proper emotional and psychological care they need, including security and counseling.
